Mothers are our life icons and so are we to our kids when we become mothers.

To be a mother is truly special….

To be a mother is to bring forth a generation.  To train a child is to train a generation, for whatsoever values and morals you add to your child’s life, gets passed on like a baton to generations after them.

So, when I think of motherhood, I think of a huge responsibility that could have a great impact on the world.

It is therefore not surprising, that a mother gets most of the glory when a child turns out well, and most of the blame when the opposite happens.

Being a mother is not hitting the mark of perfection, but simply doing your best for your child, while leaning on the wisdom, help and guidance of God to fulfil your purpose as a mother.

Being a mother is a calling, a wonderful privilege. For who else brings forth except mothers?

Therefore, my shoutout today goes to all mothers, and mothers to be…for all their love, prayers, sacrifices, pains, and for holding it together with a courageous smile, even when it appears life is falling apart.

Your love rocks the world and you are the best!

Thanks for all you do…there is simply no world without YOU!
